It’s all about speed

For Antai, speed and execution are the key to success. Once their business analysts detect an opportunity, they need someone to hit the gas and come up with an MVP as soon as possible. And that’s where we enter.


Building from scratch

The briefing was to build a platform where the customers call the shots. They just need to determine what kind of car they want and then it’s on the dealers to see who will make the best offer. For that, we counted with and end to end team. From product managers, design and UX experts to front and backend developers. Being in the project since square one, we were in charge of the product's definition, the user flow as well as the visual part too.



Thanks to the teams commitment and Agile methodology, the MVP was out in the blink of an eye. Not only it was fast, but successful too. Within months after its launch, Carnovo counts with more than 10.000 users and 600 dealers. And that’s only the beginning.
